1. APPLICATION:
It is high speed extrusion production line, It's used for the copper wire insulation coating, then the wire get cooling through water to finished products. The product can be power cable, automotive wire, communication cable, electronic wire, magnetic wire, LAN cable and so on.

- Max. Diameter over insulation: 0.5---10.0mm
- Melt distributor for PVC/ XLPE
- Process solution for single layer, stripping
- Linear speed: Max. 450m/min (based on the cable diameter)

- Machine direction: Based on customer's requirement
- Power: 3P/ 380V / 50Hz

4, MAIN PARTS FUNCTION:
1. Inverter: The speed can be changed from zero to max
2. Pay-off tension: Control automatically by electricity
3. Take-up machine uses Polish rod, transverse and distance can be adjusted by plain shaft.
4. Machine center height: 1 meter
5. Diameter of screw: 60mm, L/D of screw: 26/1. Material: 38 CrMoAiA,
6. The surface of screw is carburized and quenched, electroplated with hard cr.
7. Inside diameter of screw tube: 60mm. Material: 38 CrMoAiA,
8. The surface is carburized and quenched.
9. The material of insulation are PVC, XLPE, LSHF, PE, PP, TPEE, NYLON
10. Production direction: Pay-off on the left. Take-up on the right. Customer's requirement
11. Color of production line is light blue(automobile finish ), safe cover is yellow OR customer's requirement
12. PROMOT SWITCH counter, set length freely.
13. Automatically stop: When the counter has reached to your desired length, the Take up will stop automatically, if wire breaks abnormal and self-actuating brake.
